Terms of service
Effective date: 3 November 2026. QuoteForth is provided by Erdal Dursun, Türkiye, an individual sole proprietor. 96Systems is the publisher brand and QuoteForth is the application brand. Contact: contact@96systems.com.
Service
QuoteForth helps Shopify merchants collect quote requests and prepare draft orders. Quote requests are not binding orders, inventory reservations, or price guarantees. Merchants must review products, discounts, taxes, shipping, currency and legal requirements before sending an invoice. Shopify handles checkout and payment.
Subscriptions
Available plans, prices, trials, and billing intervals are displayed on Shopify's plan selection page. Charges require merchant approval through Shopify. Merchants can change their plan there or uninstall the app. Refund requests are handled through Shopify's supported billing processes. No paid access is enabled without verified subscription entitlement.
Responsibilities
You must have authority to use the store and process buyer data, provide appropriate notices, and avoid unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited requests. Do not submit payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in quote notes.
Availability and termination
We may update or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, or abuse. The service depends on Shopify and Cloudflare. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, sales results or revenue. You can stop using the service by uninstalling it. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
